Obituary of Alexander Wilfred Lulham
Alexander Wilfred Lulham ("Alec"), of Georgetown, Ontario, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2021 following a brief illness.
Born July 28, 1929 in Longueuil Quebec, he was the fourth of seven siblings born to George C. Lulham and Lilian (Harris) Lulham. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 65 years, Yolande (Laplante) Lulham in April 2021. Together they are the proud parents of Carole Lulham, Mark (Lori) Lulham, Norman (Marlyn) Lulham, Kathryn (John) McKay and Lisa (Randy) Robinson, and grandparents of Alexandra (Steve) Weaver Crawford, Tabetha (Jeff) Rose, Adam (Pascia) Birchweaver, Haley (Jordan) Robinson, Ryan (Erin) Robinson, Alex Lulham, Aeron McKay, Andria Lulham, and lastly, great-grandparents of Luca Weaver Crawford.
He was predeceased by his parents, George and Lilian Lulham, brothers Bob, Don, Norman, Ross and sisters Jean and Barbara Lulham. He is survived by sisters-in-law June Joyce and Pat Lulham, many amazing nieces and nephews and their children, and special friends Grant and Jean Leonard.
He will be remembered forever by every single person he met for his kindness, generosity and sense of humour, his creative talent and love of nature and most of all, his love for his family.
A simple graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown (Halton Hills), ON, at 11:00 am. A Celebration of Life for Alexander and Yolande Lulham will be announced at a future date.
